Featured Guitar Teacher at Fort Bend Music Center

Fort Bend guitar teacher Bob Lane.

Bob was born and raised in the Richmond/Rosenberg area and graduated Lamar High School. He marched in Drum Corps International, and after graduation he worked for Lamar in the marching program. Currently, Bob is studying Music at HCC with a specialty in Jazz.

While in High School, Bob received Division I awards at UIL Solo and Ensemble Contests. He also was awarded a DCI in the Division 3 World Championships.

His favorite Music Artist is Jaco Pastoris, and he enjoys listening and playing Rock, Jazz, Blues, Reggae and Classical music.

Bob teaches Guitar, Bass Guitar, Trumpet, and Euphonium. He says the best part of teaching is spreading the joy of playing music.
